Rapid Rehousing

Our Rapid Rehousing Program (RRH) provides rental assistance and wraparound supports to get young adults housed quickly, safely, and permanently. Youth work one-on-one with a RRH case manager to develop a personalized plan that addresses their specific needs, from healthcare to workforce development to education support and more. Case managers walk with youth through the entire housing process – finding a place that's right for them, establishing a financial plan, moving in, and getting settled.

Once the youth are housed, case managers continue to work with them to build self-sufficiency, connect to local resources, and work toward complete independence and stability so they can maintain their housing. We know it's not a straight line toward permanent housing, but we we'll be there for the ups and downs and as long as we're needed.
