Youth & Family Homelessness Prevention Program

Every year, countless young people and families in our community face the very real threat of homelessness. One crisis—big or small—can push them to the edge.

That’s where our Youth & Family Homelessness Prevention program steps in. We work alongside young people (ages 5–22) and their families to help them stay in their homes and avoid future housing crises. Through flexible financial assistance, personalized support, and compassionate case management, we give them the tools they need to stay safe, stable, and moving forward.
