The Bike Workshop

Empower. Rebuild. Ride On. That’s what the Oasis Bike Workshop is all about.

Youth participate in workshops for six-to-eight weeks to build their own custom bikes from the frame up. We have all the tools, plenty of space, and some really cool people to help out when you need it.

In the end, you keep your bike along with a new helmet, lock, lights, toolkit, and a bit of grease under your fingernails. But it’s what you’ve learned while building it that makes the most difference.

• Repair and maintenance skills
• How to get around safely
• The skills to help others in your community
• How to be an advocate for being active

Oasis Bike Workshop offers an experience you won’t forget.

How do I get involved?

The Bike Workshop is offered at different schools and community centers each year. To see if we’ll be at a place near you, check out the Bike Workshop website for information on meeting times, locations, and an updated program calendar.
