Youth & Family Homelessness Prevention Program

Worried about losing your home? We’ve got your back.

The Youth & Family Homelessness Prevention Program provides resources and support to households in a housing crisis in an effort to prevent them from falling into homelessness and helps them gain resources to proactively address problems that may lead to future housing-related crises.

Program staff work with:
• Households with youth ages 13 – 17.
• Individuals facing housing insecurity between the ages of 18 – 24.

We will help address the factors that are contributing to their housing crises quickly and provide concrete services like flexible cash assistance, individualized support, and case management.

Our Youth & Family Homelessness Prevention program can help you stay safe and stable with:

• Flexible financial support when you need it most
• One-on-one guidance from someone who truly listens
• A plan to help you avoid housing problems down the road

You don’t have to go through this alone. We’ll help you figure it out and take that next step.
